WATERTOWN, S.D.–Fargo-based developer Jesse Craig has been busy in Watertown the past three years. He’s spent millions of dollars on apartment building projects, some of which are finished, some are in the construction stage, and construction on others has yet to begin.

KWAT News Director Mike Tanner visited with Craig to get an update on these projects, and his decision to invest in Watertown.
