ABERDEEN, S.D. (KMOM) — According to South Dakota News Watch, South Dakota’s 24/7 program for alcohol-related offenders may be picked up by other states due to success seen by many in the law-enforcement community.

South Dakota congressman Dusty Johnson has introduced a bill that would help other states use police grant money to begin a 24/7 program. Johnson explained how and why this program works:
