WATERTOWN, S.D.–One of South Dakota’s neighbors is venturing into the land of legalized recreational marijuana use.
Pot becomes legal in Minnesota August 1st, and Attorney General Marty Jackley expects to see some spillover impact in South Dakota….
South Dakota does not have legalized recreational marijuana use, but medical marijuana IS legal in the state. Jackley says that poses some challenges….
Minnesota’s new law will make it legal for a person to have up to two ounces of pot on their person, and up to two pounds in their home.
