WATERTOWN, S.D.–It’s official. The city of Watertown has a lease agreement in place to provide restaurant space in the new airport terminal that will open next year.
On Tuesday night, the city council unanimously approved a lease agreement with Sean Dempsey and the Crown Corporation.
Watertown City Attorney Matt Roby…
Roby says the airport will lease space to Dempsey at a cost of $10 a square foot, which will total about $228 a month….
Dempsey plans to feature a menu of pizza, salads, appetizers and craft beers at the airport at the restaurant known as Danger Von Dempsey’s Slice House.
The lease is for three years, and it’s renewable for three additional terms of three years.
