CANISTOTA, S.D. (KJAM) — It’s a showdown in 9A Region 2 football, as Howard travels to take on Canistota/Freeman Friday night. Both sides are undefeated in the early stages of the fall and sit atop of their region. Coach Strang of the Pride says his team has focused on improving week by week.

Howard Tigers have put up 50 plus points in each of their first two games and are coming off their bye week. Coach Ruml mentions that it was nice to focus on some fundamentals before challenging Canistota/Freeman.
