HSTENNIS: Arrows with wins over Harrisburg and Roosevelt

HARRISBURG, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown Arrow boys tennis would come away with two victories on Monday.

Game one would see the purple and gold defeat Harrisburg 7-2. Curtis Sneden (6-4, 6-3), Evan Meester (6-0, 6-4), Jadon Lindner (6-2, 6-1) and Zandar Binde (6-4, 6-2) would see singles wins while the doubles victories would go to the teams of Mark Mahowald/Sneden (6-4, 6-1), Meester/Justin Remmers (7-6, 7-5, 10-8) and Linder/Binde (7-5, 6-3).

The second match of the day would go to Watertown over Sioux Falls Roosevelt 8-1. Paul Vocu (6-3, 3-6, 10-12), Sneden (6-3, 7-5), Meester (6-1, 6-2), Remmers (6-0, 7-5), Lindner (6-1, 6-0) and Binde (6-0, 6-1) would sweep the singles category while the team of Meester/Remmers 6-0, 6-2) and Linder/Binde (6-1, 6-2) grabbed the W in doubles.

Watertown (9-4) travels to Aberdeen to face Central and Roncalli today.
