HSGYM: Morris takes second in all-around at AA

MITCHELL, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — After a fourth-place showing during the team competitions, Watertown’s Myah Morris would place second in the all-around during the individual portion of the 2022 Class AA State Gymnastics Meet on Saturday.
Morris racked up 38.617 for the second-place finish. Maeve Boetel of Sioux Falls O’Gorman was crowned all-around champion with a score of 39.183.
Morris took first on the vault (9.933), tied for second on the bars (9.583), placed fourth on the beam (9.467), and floor (9.633).
