HSFB: Brookings pitches shutout of Watertown

WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown’s offense would sputter in a 16-0 loss against Brookings Friday night.

Unofficially for the Arrows, Drew Norberg would go 9-25 through the air for 103 yards and throw three interceptions. Juven Hudsen would carry 15 times for 72 yards and grab three receptions for 41 yards. Cole Holden would have three catches for 41 yards while Collin Dingsor would also nab three receptions for 32 yards.

The Watertown defense would against bend but not break giving up only the one touchdown to Tyson Brandt. Payton Theosodopoulos would kick field goals of 45, 32, and 30 yards for the Bobcats.  Ben Althoff was the leading tackler with 5 solo and 11 assisted.  Dinsor would also have five tackles.

Watertown (1-2) will travel to Huron Friday, September 17th. Kickoff at 7 p.m. on 950 KWAT and GoWatertown.net/Arrows.
