HS TENNIS: Arrows split the day at Brandon

BRANDON, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown Arrow girls tennis would come home from the Brandon Quad with a split of the day.
The Arrows would be swept by Rapid City Stevens in the first match of the day but the girls would bounce back with an 8-1 victory over the host Brandon Valley. Josie, Heyn, Jaida Young, Leyla Meester, Grace Ortmeier, and Faith Berg would come away with the singles victories against the Lynx while the teams of Zink/Heyn, Young/Ortmeier and Meester/Sophia Nichols would take the doubles column.
Watertown (2-1) will travel to Yankton for a quad on Saturday, September 21st.
