GBB: Heesch comes close to double-double in loss to Washington

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown Arrow girls basketball would fall to top ranked Sioux Falls Washington Thursday night 57-32.

Maggie Heesch would lead the scoring for Watertown and come close to a double-double, scoring nine points and grabbing 12 boards. Jaida Young would contribute eight and Olivia Corey would score six.

Ndjakalenga Mwenentanda would lead the scoring for Sioux Falls Washington with 16 points and grab 11 boards. Sydni Schetnan would tally 14 points and 10 boards.
