RAPID CITY, S.D.–Construction is about to begin on a new Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City.
Mayor Steve Allender says they’ve got a program planned for this Saturday, in which a naming rights deal will be announced…
The cost of the expansion is pegged at $130 million.
Completion is expected in the fall of 2021.
