WATERTOWN, S.D.–South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem recently delivered her budget speech to state lawmakers in Pierre.
The Legislature goes into session January 11th as they begin to consider and debate the governor’s proposals.
KWAT News Director Mike Tanner, in his weekly chat with Governor Noem, discussed some of her spending proposals, and asked her about the recent resignation of her Health Department Secretary, Kim Malsam-Rysdon.
