PIERRE S.D.—Governor Kristi Noem knows that South Dakotans are anxious to get out and starting living normally once again, now that the weather is warming up.

But she told reporters during her Wednesday media briefing that getting back to normal will come in phases….

The governor formed a medical review committee that is studying President Trump’s strategies and guidelines for unlocking the economy….

Congress is sprinting to approve a $483 billion coronavirus aid package. Governor Noem explained how that will, and won’t, benefit South Dakota…

The number of COVID-19 infections in South Dakota rose to 1,858 on Wednesday.
