WATERTOWN, S.D.–The 97th legislative assembly in South Dakota kicked off this week with Governor Kristi Noem’s State of the State address to a joint session of the House and Senate.
In her weekly chat with KWAT News, the governor highlighted some of the priorities in her speech, and talked about the success of an anti-meth campaign that drew national attention.
