WATERTOWN, S.D.–South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s office announced last week she’s drafted two bills for legislative consideration in 2022.

One bill would allow time for voluntary prayer at the beginning of each school day in South Dakota’s public schools.

The second bill addresses transgenders who compete, or attempt to compete, in women’s sports.
