PIERRE, S.D.–Governor Kristi Noem announced late last week that South Dakota is among a growing list of states that are suing the Biden administration over vaccine mandates.

It’s a requirement for workers at companies with more than 100 employees.

KWAT News talked with the governor today about the lawsuit, this week’s special legislative session, and the U.S. DOT’s recent ruling regarding commercial air service for Watertown and Pierre.
