GBB: Arrows snap six game skid with win over Roosevelt

WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — In a tale of two halves, the Watertown Arrows would outlast Sioux Falls Roosevelt 37-30 in high school girls basketball Tuesday night.
The win snapped a six-game skid for the Arrows.
Down 15-10 at the half, Watertown would outscore Sioux Falls Roosevelt in the second half 27-15. All five Watertown starters scored led by Maggie Heesch with 14 points, Maddie Rohde added 9, Jaida Young had six, and Abby Bramber and Oliva Corey each added four.
The Rough Riders were led by Kaela Martinez with 14 points.
Watertown improves to 3-10 and remains home to face Rapid City Central Friday night at 6:30 p.m. Todd Enderson will have the game on 950 KWAT and GoWatertown.net/Arrows.
