WATERTOWN, S.D.–It looks like northeast South Dakota could see its first measurable snow of the season by the end of this week.

National Weather Service forecaster Dan Mohr says a weather system will bring rain and wind to the region mid-week, but as temperatures cool, the rain could change to snow by Friday, with several inches possible…
