Five local golfers tops at SDGA Junior stop at Arlington

ARLINGTON, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The South Dakota Golf Association Junior Tour made a stop at Lake Region Golf Club in Arlington on Thursday.
Five golfers would take home the top spots in their division. In the 12-13 boys, Jerome Zebroski and Jonathan Lake, each of Watertown, would card 81 for a first-place tie. Shelby Person of Watertown would end the day with an 87 to take home the 16-18 girls title. Watertown’s Natalie Pearson would tie for first place in the 14-15 girls with a 105. Sisseton’s Kenzley Heath would shoot a 48, good for the 9 and Under Girls title.
Next up for the SDGA Junior Golf Tour is a stop at the Brandon Golf Club on Friday.
