(GoWatertown.net) — Five Watertown Arrows were named to the 2021 Class 11AA All-State Team.
Cole Holden – WR – Senior
The first receiver in Arrow history to go over 1,000 yards on the year and the single-season record-holder for receiving yards and touchdowns. He finished his senior year with 1,121 receiving yards, 14 touchdowns, and averaged 23 yards per reception.
Paden Johnson – OL – Senior
The two-year starter and Northern State commit was a big piece of the offensive success for the Arrows this season.
Ben Althoff – LB – Senior
Althoff has rewritten the tackle record for the Arrows in his career finishing his senior campaign with 237 tackles, 112 solo, 129 assisted, and 16 tackles for loss. He wrapped 2021 with 147 total tackles.
Honorable Mention
Drew Norberg – QB – Senior
In his first year playing football, Norberg racked up 2,125 yards through the air and 18 touchdowns. The senior average 53% passing this year.
Hunter Wientjes – DL – Senior
The senior finished his 2021 season with 59 tackles, 32 assisted, 4 sacks and 13 tackles for loss.
Watertown finished their year with a record of 3-7.
