National Weather Service forecaster Renee Wise says wind gusts could top 60 miles an hour further west….
Red Flag Warnings, High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories have been posted for all of east river South Dakota today.
Forecasters say high winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult especially for high profile vehicles.
