ABERDEEN, S.D.–Today, the South Dakota Property Rights Political Action Committee is hosting a rally at the state capitol.
It’ll be attended by property owners and lawmakers opposed to Summit Carbon Solutions plans to build a carbon sequestration pipeline through South Dakota by using eminent domain to create the pipeline route….
