Zoey Wohlleber was chosen as the Girls Most Value Player.  The Coach of the Year was a three way tie between Rob Carpenter of Florence-Henry, Tony Howard of Waubay-Summit and Taylor Rymerson of Waverly-South Shore.

Florence-Henry won the girls side of the conference with a 5-0 record.

Florence-Henry won the boys side of the conference with a record of 4-1.
