Deuel takes second as a team at the 2022 State A Gymnastics Meet

MITCHELL, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Madison claimed their 21st state title, their first since 2017 at the 2022 Class A State Gymnastics Team Meet held Friday at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.
Madison racked up 135.333 team points. A healthy Deuel team was not far behind in second place at 134.933, Estelline/Hendricks placed fifth scoring 131.600, Milbank 7th with a score of 130.450, and Britton-Hecla 8th with a 127.950.
The team portion of the Class A State Gymnastics meet will be held on Saturday.
