PIERRE, S.D.–Denver Air Connection announced Tuesday it will be pulling the plug on its Pierre to Minneapolis St. Paul flights due to miserable enplanement numbers.
The twice-a-week flights began in late November, but never caught on.
In fact, there was not a single month that passenger numbers reached 100 on those flights.
Denver Air Vice President Jon Coleman…
The Minneapolis St. Paul service will end June 9th, leaving Pierre with flights to just one destination–Denver.
Denver Air Connection is also the Essential Air Service provider for Watertown, with flights to Denver and Chicago O’Hare.
