BISMARCK, N.D.–A number of North Dakota wheat farmers got a late start in planting, due to the weather. But North Dakota Wheat Commission marketing director Jim Peterson says a cool June has helped the crop….

 

 

Peterson says there is a concern. He says due to price problems, farm budgets are tight….
