CLARK, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The Clear Lake Sloughsharks downed the Castlewood Ravens 6-5 Monday night in the consolation championship game of the District 1B Tournament.

Trevor Peterson would pitch six innings for Clear Lake, throwing 10 strikeouts.  Brexton TeGantvort knocked in 3 RBI’s.

Josh Cleveland pitched four innings for Castlewood, throwing six strikeouts.  Trey Schmidt knocked in 2 RBI’s.

The tournament continues through Wednesday at Clark. Tonight’s 3rd/4th place game will feature Lake Norden vs Volga at 8 p.m. Wednesday’s Championship will pit Milbank vs Clark, also at 8 p.m.

Clear Lake now qualifies for the State B Amateur Baseball Tournament August 6-16 at Cadwell Park in Mitchell. Clark, Volga and Lake Norden have already qualified from the district.
