BROOKINGS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — South Dakota State football will get this weekend off after Illinois State announced Sunday they would be opting out of the remainder of the spring season.

So what does the remainder of the week look like now for the Jacks with no game?

The Jacks lost quarterback J’Bore Gibbs to injury last week. Coach Stiegelmeier says they plan to incorporate him in other areas on the team:
