BROOKINGS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — For the second year in a row, South Dakota State’s football season opener will be played before a national television audience. The Jackrabbits’ Sept. 3 game at Iowa will be televised on FS1.

Jacks Coach John Stiegelmeier says they are looking forward to the challenge:

Last season, SDSU opened the 2021 campaign with a 42-23 victory at Colorado State, a game that also was televised on FS1. Kickoff in Iowa City, Iowa, is set for 11 a.m.
