BROOKINGS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — South Dakota State came out last Saturday and made a statement in their 31-3 win over Holy Cross in the first round of the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs.

The number one seed Jacks now turn their attention to Southern Illinois in the FCS quarterfinals. A team they beat 44-3 back on March 20th. The performance that day was described by Coach Stiegelmeier as, “close to perfect.” So what are the keys for the second go around?
