CFB: Another week another SDSU football cancellation

BROOKINGS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Another week, another cancellation for South Dakota State football.

It was announced earlier this week the SDSU/USD game that was scheduled for April 10th was cancelled due to COVID-19 protocols involving USD’s Tier 1 personnel. Jackrabbit coach John Stigelmeier:

South Dakota State has not played a game since March 20th. Coach Stigelmeir talks about how he and the players have handled the three straight cancellations:

South Dakota State, 4-1 overall and in the MVFC, is now scheduled to close out the spring regular season April 17 at North Dakota State. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. at the Fargodome in Fargo, North Dakota. Game can be heard in the Watertown area on our sister station, 910 AM The Ranch.
