Central Minnesota boy suspected of setting his own house on fire

WILLMAR, Minn.–A central Minnesota boy is suspected of setting fire to his own home Thursday morning.
Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a report of a house fire north of Willmar.
When they arrived, they learned all occupants of the home, including pets, were able to escape safely.
During their investigation, law enforcement received information that led them to believe the boy who lives at the house had intentionally set it on fire, and then fled the area.
He was later found during a search and is in custody.
His age has not been released.
