Castlewood vs GPL for the KS93 Game of the Week

CASTLEWOOD, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The New Country KS93 Game of the Week takes us to Castlewood as the Warriors play host to the Great Plains Lutheran Panthers.

The Warriors (1-5) last week fell to number one Canistota/Freeman 50-0.  The blue and gold are 1-5 this season with their lone victory coming against Estelline/Hendricks on September 13th.  Opponents are averaging 35 points per game while Castlewood is averaging just 10.  Coach Doug Ruesink says the injury bug as bit the Warriors this season:

The Great Plains Lutheran Panthers (0-6) come into Friday night seeking their first victory.  Much like the Warriors, the injury but has bit GPL.  The Panthers are averaging five points per game while giving up 46. Coach Aaron Schleusener says he’s seeing growth in his team each week:
