WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown City Hall will be moving to a different location next summer.
The city has agreed to buy the Wells Fargo Bank building at 20 North Maple Street, and remodel it into a new City Hall.
Mayor Sarah Caron says there’s language in the purchase agreement about what stays in the building, and what the bank will take with them…
The city is buying the building for $1.3 million.
