WATERTOWN, S.D.—Watertown City Hall will re-open to the public July first.
It’s been open “by appointment only” since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
Mayor Sarah Caron spoke with KWAT News….
She says these changes might not be in place forever…
The Watertown Public Library will also re-open July first too. The mayor says that’s a tricky building to get opened up in a pandemic…
Caron says Watertown will get, “a little over five million dollars” under the federal CARES Act, to cover the local costs of dealing with COVID-19.
