Caron says current Watertown City Hall building is, “not a good situation”  (Audio)

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Remodeling work will begin early next year on the Wells Fargo Bank building in downtown Watertown.

The city is purchasing the building for $1.3 million, and will convert it into a new City Hall.

Mayor Sarah Caron says the current City Hall is not a good situation….

As for the building they’ll be moving into…..

Remodeling work will finish next summer, and the city hopes to be in the building by June or July.
