Candidate forum tonight at D.D. Miller Auditorium

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown’s city council and school board elections are three weeks from today.
Tonight, voters can learn more about the candidates at a Chamber of Commerce-sponsored candidate forum.
It begins at 6 p.m. in the D.D. Miller Auditorium at Watertown High School.
Three city council seats will be filled next month. The races are incumbent Colin Paulsen, and challengers Jason Redemske and Kyle Peters in Ward B.
Councilman Dan Schutte is running unopposed in Ward C.
In Ward E, Jason Buechler faces Lynn Jurrens.
In the school board race, three candidates are vying for one opening. They are Roshal Rossman, Michelle Schutte and Lona Simon.
Early voting begins June 2nd at City Hall.
Election Day is June 20th, with voting taking place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Watertown Civic Arena.
