BREAKING: Death of two year-old Castlewood girl under investigation

WATERTOWN, S.D.—The death of a two year-old girl in Castlewood this week is under investigation.

KWAT News has confirmed that the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is investigating the death of Jorgan Eagle Star.

DCI Agent Cam Corey says it is an “active investigation,” and more details will become available via a press release later today.

The girl died Tuesday. The Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements. 

Corey says no arrests have been made at this time.
