Board of Regents selects new president of South Dakota Mines

PIERRE, S.D.–The South Dakota Board of Regents has announced the selection of Dr. Brian Tande as its next President of South Dakota Mines.
Dr. Tande currently serves as the Dean of the College of Engineering and Mines at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, a role he has held for the past five years.
Dr. Tande will assume his new role on January 9th, succeeding Jim Rankin, who retired this past summer.
