SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown Arrow boys basketball season would end in overtime on Saturday to the hands of Sioux Falls Washington 70-63.

Down 17-8 at the end of the 1st, Watertown would outscore the Warriors 19-10 in the 2nd quarter to tie it up at 27 at the half.  A back and forth third quarter would see Washington with a one-point lead at the end of three, 34-33.  Devon Lewis would hit a big three with 4.3 seconds left to tie the game up at 54 entering OT.  Washington would get it done from the charity stripe outscoring the Arrows 16-9 in the OT period.

Washington’s Mikele Kamballo would go 13 of 14 from the stripe en route to a 23 point afternoon, Agok Akot added 16 and Mandalla Mohamed added 12.

For the purple and gold, Drew Norberg would end his senior season with a 25 point performance and hit seven of nine from the charity stripe, and stole the ball twice. Reese Stark added 13, Devon Lewis eight, and Cole Holden with six.

Watertown wraps their season at 6-15 and will graduate six seniors, Cole Holden, Drew Norberg, Reese Stark, Mack Johnson, Devon Lewis, and Evan Hamre.
