BBB: 31 point performance by Hansen leads GPL to victory

MADISON, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — A 31 point performance by Sam Hansen would lead Great Plains Lutheran over Menno at the DSU Classic Saturday in high school boys basketball by a final of 55-45.
Hansen shot nine of 14 from the field, three of six from three-point land, 10 of 12 from the charity stripe, grabbed nine boards, and added three blocks. Ethan Kjenstad would add eight points.
Josh Heckenlaible would lead Menno with 11 points.
Great Plains Lutheran improves to 2-2 and comes home to face Clark/Willow Lake on Monday, January 25th. Menno falls to 2-9 and comes home to face Gayville-Volin on January 26th.
