WATERTOWN, S.D.–The 2021 South Dakota legislative session begins six weeks from today.

A COVID-19 vaccine is expected to be on the market by then, but that doesn’t mean the pandemic will be over.

He says it won’t be business as usual, but the state’s business will still get done…

Bartels says it will be a different session, and it won’t be easy…

The session begins January 12th.
