Authorities investigating deadly shooting in Arlington

PIERRE, S.D. – The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is leading the investigation into a deadly shooting in Arlington over the Labor Day weekend.
DCI agents were called to the scene just after 5 a.m. Sunday.
They say life-saving measures were attempted on one person at the scene. That person died while in an ambulance on the way to a hospital.
DCI has not released the name of the person killed.
They say there’s no threat to the public.
