Arrows take second at state gymnastics meet

WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown would take home second place as a team with a score of 143.475 at the 2021 Class AA State Gymnastics Meet Saturday. Mitchell would be crowned state champions with a 147.800.
Brooke Bollinger would take home individual titles in the vault (9.225), floor (9.775), beam (9.700), and all-around (9.775). Bollinger would place second on the bars (9.525).
Jarika Fossum would score an 8.325 pm the beam. Londyn Sycks would score a 9.425 on the floor and 8.725 on the vault.
Watertown would graduate three seniors, Brooke Bollinger, Jarika Fossum, and Londyn Sycks.
