WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The Watertown Arrows would split their doubleheader with Brandon Valley Thursday at night at the Civic Arena. The boys would come away victorious over the Lynx 66-58 but the girls would fall 58-46.

Arrow boys were led by Evan Falconer with 24 points, going 8-15 from the field, 3-5 from three point land and 5 of 6 from the line. Brandon Smith would contribute 14 while Dawson Schmidt would add 12.

Megan Fannin would lead the way for the Arrow girls with 14 points. Maggie Heesch would add 13 points and eight rebounds.

Weather permitting, the Arrow boys (3-4) and girls (0-8) will split their games with Sioux Falls Washington on Saturday. Arrow boys will travel to the Warriors for a 3 p.m. tip while the girls will remain home for a 7 p.m. tip at the Civic Arena. Both games will be broadcast on 950 KWAT with video at GoWatertown.net.
