WATERTOWN, S.D.—Changing weather conditions this week in the upper Midwest.
National Weather Service forecaster Mike Connolly says the changes will be driven by an Arctic front that will move through eastern South Dakota on Wednesday…..
From a timing standpoint, Connolly says that Arctic front will push thru northeast South Dakota on Wednesday morning….
Behind the front, Connolly says overnight lows will be in the teens below zero on Wednesday and Thursday nights, with wind chills values approaching 40 below zero.
Southeast North Dakota is under a Winter Storm Watch tomorrow, where 1-2 inches of snow and 50 mph winds could create blizzard conditions.
