Andi Ward named new principal at Roosevelt Elementary School

WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Watertown School District has announced that Andi Ward will be the new principal at Roosevelt Elementary School in the fall.
Andi takes over for Heather Decker, who’ll be the new principal at Mellette Elementary.
The moves become official at the June 12th Watertown School Board meeting.
Superintendent Danielsen has this to say about Andi Ward, “We are excited to have Mrs. Ward on board as our new Principal at Roosevelt. She is so student-focused and has an understanding of the Roosevelt Community, both staff and families. She is a lifelong learner committed to being the best educator she can be.” She will begin her duties on July 1st.
