WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Here is the amateur baseball roundup for Thursday, June 17th.  Scores sent to us at GoWatertown.net.

Castlewood Ravens 23, Clark Traders 2
Castlewood would drop down 15 hits en route to the Ravens 23-2 win over the Clark Traders Wednesday night.  Alex Gauer had a five-hit, seven RBI night for the Ravens.  Bryce DesLauier had one hit, two RBI’s for the Traders.  Mike Stubbs would go five innings on the hill for the Ravens allowing two hits, two runs, walking four, and fanning 12.  Jess Karber went two innings on the hill for Clark, allowing five hits, six runs, walking three, and striking out one.  Jeffrey Paulson and Matt Streff would take the mound in relief for the Traders.

Castlewood Monarchs 5, Aurora 3
The Castlewood Monarchs would defeat the Aurora Aces 5-3 Wednesday night.  The Monarchs Parker Schmidt would have a two-hit, two-RBI night while Kellan Benck would go all nine innings on the hill and issue 29 first-pitch strikes.  Trey Tiefenthaller would drop down three hits and one RBI for the Aces.
