MINNEAPOLIS, M.N. (GoWatertown.net) —

After pushing opening day back due to the lockout and a postponement because of the weather, the Minnesota Twins will finally open their season today at home against the Seattle Mariners.

After an active offseason, the Twins feel they have the pieces in place to make a run to the playoffs. Centerfielder Byron Buxton says everyone in the locker room is focused on one thing, winning:

Twins Skipper Rocco Baldelli agrees:

3:10 p.m. first pitch. Your home for Minnesota Twins baseball is 950 KWAT.
