WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Goss Opera House has found its anchor tenant when it re-opens in downtown Watertown in 2020.


Executive Director Missy Sinner says a lease agreement has been signed with Mavericks Steak and Cocktails. The restaurant will take up first floor space when the Goss re-opens next spring.

Mavericks currently operates restaurants in Aberdeen and Deadwood, with plans for another one in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
